Invoice for your purchase in our online shop
To receive an invoice for your order, please send us an email to info@kk-versandhandel.de requesting an invoice. Please remember to include your order number and name in the email so that we can send you your invoice as soon as possible.
Alternatively, you can simply log into your customer account. There you can view and conveniently manage your orders and details at any time.
Invoice for your purchase on Amazon
If you log into your Amazon account, you will find the menu item "My Account" at the top right. Click on "Order overview" in the drop-down menu and then simply search for the order. Once you have found it, you can click on "Invoice" on the right and then simply download it.
